Miley's Gems accepts credit and debit card payments. We will also accept Paypal payments. For this option please contact us for details.
Cancelling an order: If you would like to cancel your order at anytime, please email us straight away to stop the order. If however the order has already been dispatched, we would need to wait for the item to be sent back to us before issuing a refund. We do not issue refunds on items that have been customised/personalised as requested by the customer unless the item has a fault.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or any other body pierced items of jewellery in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Once an order is placed with us, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. All items that are in stock, are supplied directly from stock for a fast and quick
transaction. All made-to-order items are as agreed at the time of ordering. Once your payment has cleared and your item has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you confirming shipment. Please
allow at least 7 Working days after receiving your dispatch notice, before contacting us. For made to order items this will be 3-5 days for delivery unless otherwise stated on order. As the customer
you will recognize that we rely heavily on other carrier’s service to perform the delivery of your item. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days
(International orders), please contact us and we will assist in tracking your order.
We monitor the performance & Service of our carriers continuously. However on the rare occasion that your goods do not arrive in the requested time, we will work with our customers to resolve this. We currently use Royal Mail for the majority of our shipments & Royal Mail Airmail for our International orders.
Please note that delivery timescales are for guidance only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather and mail security checks. We will not be held responsible for items being held in customs.
Miley's Gems will refund on any faulty items received and offer a no quibble guarantee on all of our items. We will also refund any unopened item if
returned to us with 7 days of receipt. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have ordered from us, then you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. You will be required to arrange and
pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of
items returned, Miley's Gems will arrange for an exchange or refund depending on situation. If we do however receive items back and they are not in the original state of how they were sent out, then
an exchange or refund will not be offered and the items which you originally purchased will be sent back to you.
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment, usually within 14 working days.
Miley's Gems decision is final.
BULK ORDERS: are welcome and we ask that you allow 10-14 days (dependant on quantity) for dispatch. The postal cost for bulk orders will also be dependendant on
the quantity and we will do our best to keep these costs to a minimum.
All Jewellery & accessories are handmade from brand new materials. The quality of our products is at a very high standard and items are thoroughly checked before dispatching.
We add a description to compliment all of our products as well as measurements. These are to be used as a guide only. Items may look slightly different to the photos on the website. This will be due to the light and other elements out of our control, items may be slightly different in colour and the size of the image does not reflect the size of the item.
